I’ve been slack, yessirry.
So I finally sat down and worked on another NSIE. I think this guy is one of my personal favourites so far. I’m tempted to upload a larger version too, as you miss a lot of the detail at this smaller size. But I’ll stick with my usual sized images. No sense in making them all different sizes. The actual files I work with in Photoshop are A4 size, and the files I work with in Flash are vectors, so they can be as large as I want them to be ( which is rad , and will be a great asset when they’re eventually going to get printed ).
So here is NSIE #13 : “Mr Conductor”
“Lucien, an adventurous lad who had recently come of age had a short-lived idea for a cabaret act that involved a 240V outlet, some home made wiring and an incandescent globe. The idea for the “Mr Conductor Show” was simple – some would say inspired: let the flow of electricity find ground, through him via the resistance of an incandescent globe, lighting it seemingly by magic and leaving him tingling, unharmed and famous.
Unfortunately Lucien discovered he was to be the last of his family line, in what many later said was the unkindest mode of discovery, that current tries to short-circuit (finding the quickest route to ground) which for Lucien was via the electrode he placed strategically in his underpants as a dare.” – Biography by Wonko
